Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with the product(s) you have purchased from our website.
Damaged or defective goods that are reported by telephone + 44 (0) 1132 506 868 or email contact@classicsign.co.uk within 7 days of delivery will be replaced or refunded (at our discretion).
Providing that the product(s) returned is in a saleable condition and is returned in its undamaged and original packaging, we will be happy to refund the price of the product(s). Please note that the delivery charge will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Step Three: Select how you want the package to be posted – Registered or Recorded Delivery and retain the “Proof of Postage”. Depending on the value of your return we would advise you to insure the product. If the returned product(s) is lost via the postal service a refund will not be made and the postage incurred will not be reimbursed.
